It’s been an interesting year so far…

Since Mike Sensei’s cycling accident in January it has been a slow climb back to normality. This journey has been made easier by the incredible support of Cumbria Coast Karate.

 

Mark Sensei came to Earth Balance to give an impressive seminar in April, and then kept coming back. His team came all the way from Cumbria on Thursdays to support our students with outstanding classes while Mike Sensei healed. Mark Sensei’s kindness and generosity of spirit made a difficult time infinitely easier, and we will always be grateful to him and his team.

 

It’s been really good getting back to normal. In the past few weeks we’ve welcomed new students, restarted our Kitsune classes, and begun preparing for our next round of grading.
