Nintai Mixed
Our Nintai Mixed class is for ages 8+, and has training suited to all abilities and ages.
Our students are taught at their own pace. If a student is willing to learn, they will progress. It doesn’t matter if the progress is an inch or a mile, as long as they are trying. We don’t believe in giving a student a higher grade simply because they have turned up to class; our students earn their belts, and they take genuine pride in their achievements.
Whilst Nintai Martial Arts likes to incorporate other styles into training, gradings are based on Shotokan Karate. This particular style of karate allows for greater adaptability in the training of its students, and our dojo always allows for any physical restrictions when training and grading.
The practice of martial arts is a lifelong process that continually contributes to your quality of life. It is not only about your physical health, but also the mental discipline that you develop along your journey.
