On the 28th of April, Nintai Martial Arts will celebrate its three-month anniversary, and in the Martial Arts universe there is only one way to celebrate such an auspicious event – with our first grading session!
Over the coming week or so, Mike Sensei will be talking to each of you about whether you’re ready to grade, what grade you should be aiming for, and what will be involved. Please know that grading isn’t mandatory, and you get a say in it too, so if you don’t feel ready please talk to us.
The gradings for Kitsune students will take place in the regular class slot at 10.30, and it won’t feel any different to a normal class.
The gradings for Adults and Dragons will take place in an extended Mixed class slot at 11.30. The format of a grading is different to a normal class, but we’ll walk you through everything beforehand so you know what to expect. You’ve all done the work, so just enjoy the day – you’ll smash it!
Whether you will be grading or not, please come along to the grading session (for those not grading the normal class fee applies) – it is a fantastic opportunity to learn and experience the process, and most importantly to support your follow Karateka on a special day.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
Mike Sensei & Rhian
