Nintai Mixed Training

Sunday is a busy day at Nintai Martial Arts. We begin with our wonderful Kitsune students, and then it is training time for our Mixed class, which is open to adults and juniors.

We had a lovely surprise when one of our favourite black belts joined us for training today (excluding Mike Sensei, of course!). It was a great opportunity for our younger students to see kihon and kata performed by a black belt, other than their Sensei, and it was even better watching our younger students beat the senior grades in the race at the end of class 😆
