Seminar with Tommy Joe Moore

A massive thank you to Tommy Joe Moore for two fantastic seminars yesterday! And thanks to Mark Stevens for organising it and having us along to Cumbria Coast Karate once again.

First Anthony and I watched a junior self-defence seminar. Some great stuff to take back to our students, and some teaching techniques for me to take on board as well. Instant rapport with the students and fantastic energy to boot!

Followed by a seminar on World War II combatives. Great techniques and historical context to boot, and interesting to compare it with more formal martial arts training. Really informative, and can’t wait to learn more.
